We work for you, and if you desire we give you full and open access to our development process, so you can watch what we're doing as we do it. This also opens up continuous feedback so it gets done exactly how you need it the first time, cutting down on time and money.

Project Management

We use robust project management and tracking software for our projects, allowing easy management and asynchronous communication. To see it in action, take a look at some of our open-source projects.

Version Control

If you're looking for direct source access while your project is being worked on, you're in the right place. If desired, you can get read access using the VCS of your choice. We'll use Git by default, and can accomodate SVN or Bazaar by request.

Security

Your project is never exposed to the outside world unless it is meant to be, and is safe on our servers. Our project tracking site requires not only that you are logged in, but that you are an authorized member of the project. Those who have access are only those meant to. Your source is protected, too. With Git, authentication is done by matching RSA-encrypted SSH public-private key pairs. For SVN, we use encrypted HTTP digest authentication.

Data and Backup

Our development is done in a secure virtual environment with disks in a RAID 1 array which is periodically backed up into our large storage network in RAID 5, ensuring data loss is not a worry. If necessary, we will also back up your project off-site.
